At Lucille’s, we believe self care should feel simple, natural, and a little special.

Our homemade organic body scrubs are created with care using thoughtfully selected ingredients designed to leave your skin feeling soft, smooth, and refreshed while still being completely organic. Each scrub is made to turn an everyday shower or bath into a moment you can actually look forward to.

Our Story

Lucille’s began when I was still in high school. I did not have a lot of money to spend on Christmas gifts, so I decided I wanted to make something meaningful by hand. I had always loved body scrubs, but I also knew that many of my friends and family members had sensitive skin and often could not use store bought scrubs without experiencing irritation or breakouts.

So, I started making my own scrubs as Christmas gifts.

What began as a simple way to create thoughtful presents quickly became something much more. I received so much positive feedback from friends and family about how much they loved the scrubs, how their skin felt after using them, and how I should continue making them. Several people even encouraged me to turn what I was doing into a business.

As time went on, that encouragement stayed with me. In 2023, I decided to take the first real step and started selling my scrubs at farmers markets and taking orders through Facebook. I continued learning, experimenting, and improving my products while slowly building Lucille’s into something I could be proud of.

Then, in 2026, I decided it was time to fully commit and turn Lucille’s into a legitimate business. I wanted to create products that people with sensitive skin could feel more comfortable using while also giving everyone the opportunity to experience a body scrub that feels luxurious, smells amazing, and leaves their skin feeling refreshed.

Building Lucille’s has taken a lot of planning, time, effort, patience, laughter, and more than a few tears. But every challenge has been part of the journey, and I have not looked back since.

What started as handmade Christmas gifts in high school has grown into a brand built around care, quality, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel good in their skin.
